Camera FTP
Three steps on your camera, then every frame lands in your Rawback library.
Optional · FTPS only
Only for FTPS. Save the file to your memory card, then import it as a root certificate in the camera's network menu.
ISRG Root X1
One click makes a password for this camera and copies it for you.
FTP server
Passive mode · folder /
Type these four values into the camera's FTP server settings.
FTP on port 23212 works on every camera. FTPS on port 23213 encrypts the transfer with explicit TLS and needs the certificate from step 1. SFTP on port 23168 uses SSH and needs no certificate. The protocol must match the port.
Use your Rawback username and the password of an enabled credential, not your account password. Repeated failed logins temporarily block the connection, so correct the settings before retrying.
Check the host, port and network access. Turn on passive mode for FTP and FTPS, and choose explicit TLS for FTPS.
Check the file type, your remaining storage and the file-size limit, then look at your upload history for the error.
That is expected. The server only accepts uploads, so listings stay empty. Your photos appear in your Rawback library.
